Wangi4d Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

Welcome to wangi4d. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you as the user and wangi4d as the operator of this online gaming platform. By registering an account, making a deposit, or simply browsing the wangi4d website and app, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document.

Wangi4D operates as an online gaming platform offering a wide range of entertainment including Live Casino, slots, bingo, sports betting, and table games. All services are available to users who meet the stipulated eligibility requirements.

These Terms should be read together with the wangi4d Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and wangi4d.

During registration, you are required to provide your full name, active email address, phone number, and any other requested information. All details must be your own — registering using another person's identity is a serious violation of these terms.

Wangi4D reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Wangi4D also reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including during the KYC process prior to the first withdrawal being processed.

You are fully responsible for keeping your wangi4d account login credentials confidential, including your username and password. wangi4d recommends the following steps to protect your account:

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account settings.
• Log out of your account after using a shared device.
• Contact wangi4d customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

Wangi4D shall not be liable for any losses arising from the use of your account by a third party as a result of your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Wangi4D accepts deposits via approved payment methods only. All deposits must be made using an account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Deposit Conditions:

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 for all payment methods.
• Accepted methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other methods listed on the platform.
• Deposits are credited to your account within seconds upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Wangi4D does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your banking provider may impose their own charges.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same or equivalent payment method used for the deposit.
• Full KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed – including submission of a valid identification document.
• Processing time: typically within 3–10 minutes after full KYC verification.
• Wangi4D reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.

Wangi4D offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to registered members. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions that must be fulfilled before the withdrawal of related winnings is permitted.

• Wagering (rollover) requirements refers to the number of times the bonus value (or deposit + bonus) must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 10x rollover means you must wager RM 1,000 first.
• Bonus expiry period: each bonus has its own expiry period, typically between 3 and 30 days. Bonuses that expire without the requirements being met will lapse automatically.
• Wangi4D reserves the right to void bonuses and related wins if there is any indication of promotional abuse.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly exchanged for cash.

Promotion abuse — including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using a VPN to manipulate location, and colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements unfairly — are all serious violations that may result in account termination.

All games offered on the wangi4d platform use independently audited and certified random number generators (RNG), or in the case of Live Casino, physical hardware under live supervision. This ensures fairness in every game round.

• Game results are final. Any dispute regarding a game result must be submitted within 72 hours of the game in question taking place.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, wangi4d will return the original bet to the player's account. In the case of Live Casino, the outcome of an incomplete session may be voided or confirmed based on video records.
• Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection while playing. Losses resulting from connection disruptions on the player's end are the player's own responsibility.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface and are subject to change from time to time.

The following are strictly prohibited on the wangi4d platform and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Using bot software, automated scripts, or any third-party tools to play or interact with the platform.
• Collusion or cooperation between players to manipulate game results.
• Money laundering through the wangi4d platform.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Accessing the platform from countries on the wangi4d restricted list using a VPN or other methods.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt wangi4d systems and servers.
• Cheating or exploiting system bugs for personal gain.

Wangi4D reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms in this document.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or attempted fraud.
• Failed to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from legal authorities.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting wangi4d customer support. Any valid balance in the account will be returned to the original deposit method once all conditions have been met.

For accounts closed due to terms violations, wangi4d reserves the right to hold the account balance until the investigation is complete. In proven cases of fraud, the balance may be fully forfeited.

Wangi4D provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions or errors at all times. Wangi4D shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, circumstances beyond our control, or third-party infrastructure outages.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by user negligence.
• Any financial decisions made by users based on information on the platform.

The maximum total liability of wangi4d to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Wangi4D reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on the platform unless otherwise stated.

Registered users will be notified of material amendments via their registered email or in-app notification at least 7 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the wangi4d platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wangi4d holds its licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties involved.

Should resolution through negotiation fail, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the arbitration procedures established by wangi4d. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
